CINNAMON ROLLS | |
1 yellow cake mix 2 pkg. yeast 5 c. flour 2 1/2 c. warm water Mix together in large bowl; knead lightly on floured board. Put into greased bowl and let rise. Roll dough on floured board in a long narrow strip, spread mixture below on it evenly. 3/4 c. melted butter 3 tbsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. white sugar 3/4 c. brown sugar Melt above together (microwave is fast). Spread on rolled out dough. Stretch and cut into 1 to 2 inch spices, place into pan sprayed with Pam. Let rise again. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. water 1 tsp. vanilla Mix together and drizzle on rolls while hot, or frost with white cake frosting after cooled. |
