PINEAPPLE BREAD 
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. baking soda
Salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix the crushed pineapple, juice and all with the soda in it (15 1/2 to 20 ounce can). Combine the other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
