CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can sliced water chestnuts (do not drain)
1 small pkg. sliced almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Topping:

1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients except topping together in a large bowl. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with crushed potato chips.

Bake in 350°F oven until bubbly and topping is browned.
