CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE | |
4 chicken breasts, cut in half & boned 8 slices of ham 8 slices of Swiss cheese 1/2 c. butter 2 c. roasted croutons, optional 1 can cream of chicken soup Melt butter and mix in croutons. In a casserole, layer ham, Swiss cheese and chicken. Top with chicken soup blended with 1/4 cup water. Top with buttered croutons. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered. |
