SCALLOPS 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. scallops

Blend above adding salt and pepper to taste. Marinate scallops about 2 hours. Drain and reserve marinade. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Brush remaining marinade on scallops and broil 5 more minutes or until brown.
