BARLEY BEEF SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
3 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. barley
6 c. water
7 beef bouillon cubes
1 med. zucchini, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
Parsley

Brown beef, onion and garlic in large saucepan. Add carrots, celery, basil, oregano, water and bouillon cubes. Bring to boil and simmer for 45 minutes. Add zucchini and parsley. Season. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
