CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. cooked and diced turkey or chicken
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice of bread)

Cook broccoli according to package. Drain well and place in an 8 x 1 1/2 inch round Pyrex pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

In saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in Swiss cheese until melted. Then add meat. Spoon mixture over broccoli.

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 6.
