BEST CORN BREAD 
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Add buttermilk, butter, corn and eggs. Mix well. Batter will be lumpy. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool slightly before cutting. Makes 12-15 servings.
