POT PIE 
2 c. flour (rounded)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. shortening
1 egg, water
Broth (2 qts.) (chicken or ham is preferred)

Mix flour and salt. Add egg and shortening in the middle. Toss and mix well. Sprinkle with water and mix until dough forms. Divide. Roll out each section. Cut into 1 inch squares. Drop into boiling broth 1 piece at a time. Cover, simmer approximately 10 minutes or until done.

(You may want to double this recipe if you are serving more than 2-3 people.)

You may add cooked meat and heat through before serving.
