2 pkg. Jello instant pudding (chocolate)
1 lg. bowl Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies (crushed) (leave sm. portion for top)

Prepare pudding as directions say. Line bottom of long shallow baking dish with crushed cookies. Cover with the pudding mixture. Cover that with Cool Whip. Top with small amount of crushed cookies. Chill several hours, then serve.
