OREO DESSERT 
16 oz. pkg. Oreos, crushed
16 oz. Cool whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding made with 1/2 c. less milk

Use 1/2 cookie crumbs and mix with butter. Press into 9"x13" cake pan. Freeze 30 minutes. Beat Cool Whip with cream cheese until smooth. Spread 1/2 over crust then pudding, other 1/2 Cool Whip mixture, then remaining cookie crumbs on top. Chill before serving.
