1 (12 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter, melted

Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9 x 13 inch dish. Save some cookie crumbs to garnish the top.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Mix in Cool Whip and spread over the first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. Jello chocolate instant pudding

Mix according to directions. Spread over the second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Spread the Cool Whip over the third layer. Then garnish with cookie crumbs.
