EASY CHEESECAKE 
1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
5 lg. eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

For crust, combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press into 11 inch springform pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Set aside. For filling, combine remaining ingredients, mixing after each ingredient. Butter the sides of the crumb - lined pan and then pour filling in. Bake 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven off, leave alone for 1 hour. Refrigerate before serving. Can be frozen, too! Serves 12 to 16.
