BROCCOLI - CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 lb. cooked chicken, diced
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Combine soup, mayonnaise, juice, and curry powder. In a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, alternate layers of broccoli, chicken, soup mixture, and cheese. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
