1 stick butter
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
20 oz. Oreo cookies

Melt butter; mix butter, cream cheese and sugar. In a separate bowl mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Then mix all ingredients together. In a large bowl layer pudding mixture and then crushed cookies and so on until all is gone. Refrigerate.
