1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
20 oz. Oreos, crushed

Mix all ingredients. In bowl, layer with pudding then cookies until all ingredients are gone. Refrigerate.
