2 c. oil
2 c. wine
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
10 c. flour (add more if needed)

Mix all ingredients together. Put enough flour in to stiffen then roll dough out and cut 3 inch pieces. Deep fry in hot oil. When cooked, dip in hot honey and roll in powdered sugar.
