BEEF BRISKET 
5 lb. beef brisket NOT corned beef
2-3 lg. onions, sliced thin
Paprika
Lemon-pepper seasoning

Place brisket in center of a large sheet of foil. Generously apply paprika and lemon-pepper seasoning. Smother with sliced onions. Wrap foil around brisket and onions. Bake about 4 hours in 300 degree oven or until tender.
