OREO DELIGHT 
1 reg. pkg. Oreos
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) block of Philadelphia cream cheese
3 c. milk
1 stick of butter
1 container of Cool Whip

Take 8 Oreos out of package and set aside for later use. Put the rest of the cookies in a large glass dish and crush for the crust. Melt butter and pour evenly over Oreos.

In another bowl, mix the pudding mix, milk and cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Pour over Oreos and spread out evenly. Then spread Cool Whip evenly over the pudding. Crush the 8 Oreos that were set aside and sprinkle over the top. Refrigerate. Serves 8 to 10.
