1 sm. bag Oreos
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. box vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Grind Oreos, put half on bottom.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together, then add pudding to mixture using directions on pudding. Pour over Oreos. Put Cool Whip on top of this. Top with the other half of Oreos.
