CHA CHA'S EGGS 
8 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 c. (12 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) cottage cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained

Beat eggs. Add baking powder, flour and salt. Fold in cheeses and green chilies. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm or at room temperature
