2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 Nabisco vanilla wafers
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can Comstock cherry pie filling

Beat all above ingredients except vanilla wafers until smooth. Place a Nabisco vanilla wafer on the bottom of a cupcake paper cup. Place paper cup in cupcake pan. Fill each cup halfway with the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Top with cherries or your favorite topping. Makes 24.
