CARROTS HOT OR COLD 
2 lbs. sliced carrots, cooked
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced

Bring soup, oil, vinegar and sugar to a boil. Pour over the carrots, pepper and onion. Marinate overnight.
