1 sm. bag Oreo cookies
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries

Layer each ingredient in a large tupperware container about 2 inches deep.

1. Crush cookies and put in bottom of container.

2. Add 1/2 gallon of ice cream (softened).

3. Bring to boil 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 can of Hershey syrup. Cool, pour over ice cream.

4. Spread Cool Whip on top.

5. Sprinkle with nuts and maraschino cherries.
