CHEDDARY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 med. potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 3 1/2 c.)

In a skillet over medium heat, cook onions until tender. Stir in soup, milk, and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Garnish with sage if desired. Yield: 4 servings.

Recipe may be doubled if desired. Prep time 25 minutes; cook time 10 minutes. May add up to a 1/4 cup more cheese if desired.
