SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 qt. bread cubes

Mix butter, sugar and eggs. Add milk, cubes and pineapples. Put in butterd baking dish and bake 1 hour at 300 to 325 degrees. Good hot or cold, especially as a ham accompaniment.
