BLEU CHEESE DRESSING 
1 gallon mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
1/2 to 1 lb. bleu cheese
3 tsp. salt or less
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. dry mustard
1 qt. buttermilk
1/3 c. wine vinegar

Mince garlic and salt, add sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Add all to mayonnaise and buttermilk and cheese. Makes 6 quarts.
