BLEU CHEESE DRESSING 
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. crumbled bleu cheese (3 oz.)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. wine vinegar

Crush garlic with salt. Blend with pepper, celery salt, dry mustard, vinegar and 1/2 of the cheese. Put mixture into blender and add salad oil. Stir in remaining crumbled cheese.
