PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. light brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

In medium saucepan melt butter; stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil; boil and stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Mix in confectioners' sugar; beat until smooth. Spread into buttered 9-inch square baking dish. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Makes 3 1/2 pounds.
