STOVE TOP MEATLOAF 
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. shortening
1/2 to 1 tsp. horseradish

Combine 1/2 can soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into 2 loaves. Brown in shortening. Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Top with remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
