1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
10 oz. Coke
1 c. chopped pecans

Grease and flour 3 (8" or 9") cake pans. Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and Coke together. Add pecans. Pour into pans and bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix and frost cake.
