COCONUT CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 sm. carton sour cream
9 oz. can cream of coconut

ICING:

1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Mix cake ingredients together then bake in 2 layers at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool.

Mix all icing ingredients together. Ice cake then cover with 1 small package or can of coconut. Makes a great decorated spring or Easter cake!
