CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. orange rind
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. fresh cranberries, chopped 1/2 or 1/4

Put all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add all other ingredients, except nuts and cranberries, and beat all at once. Add nuts and cranberries. Fold in. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 small pans or 1 large bread pan. Store in refrigerator.
