PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. onion
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. water

Cook chops; spread with cheese mixture and put under broiler and brown. Heat sherry and water. Bring to boil. Pour hot sauce over chops.
