CREAM CHEESE TARTS | |
1 box of vanilla wafers 2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 2 cans of canned pie filling 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla with electric beater. Put one heaping tablespoon of mixture on top of a vanilla wafer in cupcake paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid burning wafer. Let cool and spoon on canned pie filling. |
