CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
12 vanilla wafers
cherry or blueberry pie filling

You will need paper baking cups.

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Place paper-lined cups in a muffin pan and put a vanilla wafer in each cup. Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers, filling cups completely.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Leave in muffin pan and chill overnight or for several hours.

To serve, top with a small amount of pie filling.
