FRUIT SALAD 
2 cans sliced pineapple
1 lg. can peaches
1 lg. can pears
1 can mandarin oranges (optional)
3/4 bag frozen strawberries
Bananas
Chopped nuts
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding

Drain fruit; reserve 1 cup pineapple juice. Mix pineapple juice with 1 small box instant vanilla pudding. Beat on high for 1 minute; mixture will get thick. Cut fruit up into bite-size pieces. Add juice mixture to fruit and mix well. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of fruit. Refrigerate.
