TAMALE PIE 
2 cans tamales
2 cans hot chili beans
1 lg. onion, sliced
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

In a 3 quart casserole, layer tamales, 1/2 of sliced onion, chili beans, remainder of onions. Top with grated cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
