1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, and cream thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients together. Add alternately with milk. Spread into well greased jelly roll pan.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. coconut

Combine ingredients to make streusel. Spread over cake. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
