CHICKEN MARINATE 
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. lemon peel
Pepper

Place chicken in plastic zip lock bag; pour mixed sauce over; marinate overnight in refrigerator. Butter pan - place skin side down - cook 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn and cook for 30 minutes. Can barbeque or cook in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
