CHICKEN MARINATE 
1/4 c. lite soy sauce (La Choy)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic

Marinate chicken overnight and brush as you grill over low flame. Chicken skin may be removed before marinating if you wish.
