1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. shortening
4 to 5 tbsp. ice water

Cut shortening into flour with fork or pastry cutter. The best results come when you use ice water adding to flour to make moist. Roll out thin to fit pie pan. Fill in with your favorite pie filling.
