Some carrots
Celery
Lg. onion
Onion soup mix (optional)
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon

Place beaver in roasting pan. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions and/or soup mix. Cook as if it were a beef pot roast. Add 2 teaspoons of instant beef bouillon to drippings and thicken for gravy.
