CHILE RELLENOS 
2-3 cans green chiles
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, set aside 1/2 c.
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, set aside 1/2 c.
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour

13 x 9 inch pan. 350 degree oven.

1 layer chiles.

Top with 1/2 cheese.

2nd layer chiles.

Top with 2nd 1/2 cheese.

Beat eggs, flour, and milk. Pour over chile/cheese layers. Bake 1/2 hour. Add salza and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 15 minutes more. Let set for 15 minutes. Cut and serve.
