BAKING A ROAST | |
5 or 6 lb. roast 10-15 med. potatoes, cut into 4 pieces 6-8 med. onions, cut into 4 pieces 2-3 carrots, cut into 4 pieces Bake roast until it starts getting done, then add remaining ingredients. Cook all together. When the vegetables get done, add a can of tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Wrap it all in foil before starting. |
