1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. sugar
5 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
12 slices bacon

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Beat first 5 ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese until smooth. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Crumble bacon and remaining cheese on top and put back in oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with syrup. Serves 8 to 10.
