OVERNIGHT COOKIES 
2 egg whites
Pinch of salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Add salt to egg whites and beat until soft peaks form; add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time. Beat until stiff. Gently fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto foil lined baking sheet. Place in oven and turn off heat. Leave overnight.
