SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
6 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tbsp. shortening
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 can stewed tomatoes

Cook, clean and devein shrimp. Cook celery, pepper, onion and garlic in shortening until tender. Add all other ingredients except shrimp and simmer 45 minutes or until thick. Add cooked shrimp and simmer 15 minutes.
