SHISH KEBOB 
1 lb. small chunks of meat
Chunks of pineapple
Canned potatoes
Onions
Cherry tomatoes
Green pepper slices

Marinate or precook meat to speed up cooking time. Alternate meat with chunks of other ingredients. It may be necessary to thread meat through stick twice so it turns with the stick. Cook over coals until done. NOTE: To marinate meat, cut into chunks and place in mixture of two parts oil and one part vinegar. Herbs and seasoning may be added for flavor (Purchase a packaged seasoning for salad dressing and add.) Let stand 24 hours in a cool place.
