HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed & uncooked
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 cans cream of potato soup (undiluted)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Mix all together. Place in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
